I have two boxer girls and I think they should be trained by now but they aren't and I know I need to do something else but don't know what. They get took out every few hours and cry when they are in their cage and need to go out but when they are out in the house they just pee or poop where ever they want I scold them and take them out. They know to use it outside but they don't bark at door or anything. I know they know to use it outside because when I get home and let them out if cage they run to the door but that's the only time I'm sorry this is so long I just need help

First of all it is very unwise to get 2 pups at the same time.
You may regret this as they mature.

The pups need training individually to get any good results.

You don't say how old your pups are. It can take a few months until puppies are completely house trained though and in some cases even more. It is harder when trying to teach two puppies at once. They tend to pay more attention to playing together than to anything else. Just keep at it and try to head accidents off by interrupting their play frequently for potty breaks. How frequently again depends on how old they are. The younger they are the more frequently they will have to go and the excitement of playing makes them need to go often.
Some dogs never learn to bark to go out (not necessarily a bad thing) but if you are persistent with the training they will eventually learn to head toward the door when they feel the need.
There are a few real keys to dog training, whether you are trying to train your dog to come when called, sit, stop barking or any other behavior. Understanding their importance is critical to achieving rapid results that are long lasting and help develop the bond between you and your dog.

Return or rehome ONE of the pups now. Its hard enough to try and train ONE puppy, its more then twice as hard dealing with 2 puppies at the same time.
They are paying attention to each other; not to you. NO reputable breeder will place 2 puppies in the same house at the same time!
I had a similar problem with my dog. They make doggy diapers you can put on them that make it uncomfortable for them to go while in the house. You just take them off when it's time to go out and potty, and when they make their doo doo outside, get all excited and praise them. It's kind of a pain in the butt, but that's the only way I could get my dog house trained.
If they frequently go to the bathroom in a certain room or rooms, try feeding them in that room for a couple weeks. Dogs do not enjoy going to the bathroom where they eat
Learning how to train your dog will improve your life and hers, enhance the bond between you, and ensure her safety and it can be a lot of fun. Dogs are usually eager to learn, and the key to success is good communication. Your dog needs to understand how you’d like her to behave and why it’s in her best interest to comply with your wishes. Crate them separately. When you take thema wee pads and take them there to poo and pee. Praise them a lot to reinforce positive behavior. You have to keep doing this for a while though so they get it. Yes, playing with each other also makes them pee more due to excitement.
