My friend just got his t4 from college and he filed his tax last week. He was waiting for his t4 so he could go to india in april. He's getting $2350 refund from the government since they waived all that tax from his tuition fee because he was an international student. So every month he had to pay $6000 for the semester fee. The first year that he started working his income was low so they waived all the tax from his income and are sending it back. But he said that his problem is that he filed through h&r block. He said he did want to file it through them. That's why he is getting this much refund. But they're only giving him the money after 6 months but he needs it now. What should he do?
