I have been trying to get stronger arms for almost a year now and I barely have gotten stronger. I have gotten more built, but not much stronger though. Any suggestions or tips on getting bigger? I'm naturally strong in my legs, I can squat around 250 pounds, but I can barely bench 135 pounds once. I am 5'8 and 155 pounds. My main goal is to be able to bench my own weight about 5 times.

To strenghten your arms there is no short cut but actual exercises geared to build the muscles in the forearm and arm. These include bench presses, dead-lifts, curls, pullups and pushups. Do a set of each of these x 3 every other day and increase the weights each week as you get stronger.
First off, have a teach spend a while examining your stroke. My notion is that manner is the major detail. Your teach will have to be competent to prescribe a few weight coaching to upgrade any flaw for your precise force. Add a few middle physical activities for your hobbies - pushups, pullups, dips, crunches, superman endeavor (lay for your stomach, carry your straightened legs and arms off the bottom, as if you happen to have been flying like superman.)
