I must answer that question with a resounding--YES!!!!! It's obvious! Time and space are interelated--that's a fact. Since one can travel in space, one can also travel in time.
Absolutely! Mostly because people tend to view time in a linear fashion, when it is not. Once you allow for the dynamics of time to be malleable (NASA's Gravity Probe B project is a great example) then you are more open to other considerations of its nature. Technically, one can change the past as much as one can change the future. the point is knowing that time is more of a massive instant that we maneuver thru. Einstein had alluded to its nature as being more in line with simultaneous rather than linear.
So, time travel is rather an easy thing. Shift your awareness (and keeps your beliefs flexible).
Einstein's theory of relativity states that it is possible to travel through time. The catch here, that Einstein stated in his theory, is the fact that "you would either have to travel at speeds faster than the speed of light" (which is physically impossible) or "travel very close to a black hole" and risk getting torn apart by the intense gravity from the black hole.
Of course it is, we are doing it right now! However, to truly travel through time like in the sci-fi shows you would have to leave the dimension of time and enter the dimension of eternity. Once there you can see the timeline without being affected by it If you go to heaven you can go anywhere and anytime. If you wind up in hell, time travel will be the least of your worries...
Sure, I do it all the time....in one direction though,
This is one of the most overasked questions in this forum. The direct answer is that, no, a human being cannot travel at will forward and backward in time.

Yes you are doing it right now.
But to really answer your question... mathematically it is possible.
