what should i do?, Should i break up with her?

I think you've already sunken to her level for calling her a slut. How many guys would she have to sleep with to be considered a slut? 7, 10. And how many chicks would a guy have to bag to be called a slut? 10,50,165356852? Dump her, move on, and don't resort to name calling.
Talk to her about it because obviously its bothering you alot to the point that your thinking about ending it with her.
depending on how she said it, thats not exactly slutty. she just told the guy she likes that she likes him. no harm in that.
