Okay, just so you all know, my person can fast travel, it's not like I can't, buuuut...everytime I DO fast travel, my person will get there and immediately DIE. I have no clue.
It started when I downloaded the 1.5 update. Everything was going fine and dandy, didn't go in any water but I left y house in Solitude and my person immediately glitches to outside and under the city. I had no idea what happened. So my save got loaded and my person was standing there with the health bar completely depleted, screen flashing red on the sides (letting me know I died), and I couldn't fast travel anywhere without the fear of death.
Just now discovered that after a certain amount of time in this state, my person dies, regardless of enemies around or not.
Now, I found out about the water glitch update and did everything to fix it. I deleted my game files (not the saves), and reinstalled. That worked for my water glitch issue but not my health one.
By the way, I have a PS3. Could anyone please help?
Update:My person is a werewolf, not a vampire. Level 51, so I'd rather not just say "Screw it" and make a new character.

The falling through the map could have been a random occurrence. As far as the fast travel goes, check your active affects. You may be a vampire, so the sunlight is killing you while you are fast traveling. Fast traveling only looks like teleporting, ,The idea is though that you still had to travel, so that whole time you were being killed by sunlight.
It happens to me allot because i used a vampire werewolf glitch i solved it in my game by fastraveling on a horse it usualy works since because of the glitch i cant drink blood but it has happened when i was a normal vampire lord and i had to watch my effects constantly to check i wasnt at 50 if i was i would have to drink blood either from castle or at home if you have a spouse before i reached 50
