Sinus Trouble??
I 've been having a lot of trouble with my sinuses, first it was in my nose, it was so intense i thought i might have had to had my adenoids out, now it seems to have settled in my forehead, i have a constant headache right in front , forehead, not temples.
I have tried claritin, tylenol , advil. What can i do??? thanks!!!

Yep, a neti pot or sinus rinse bottle might help you. Neti pots use gravity flow, where the bottles are squeezable, but both kinds use salt water to help flush out excess mucus, dust, and other allergens from your sinuses. I've been using my squeeze type for a while now and it is done wonders to relieve the constant pressure and pain I'd been having. I'm able to breathe out of both nostrils, too, which is impressive to me since I hadn't been able to for a long time.
They are available at most pharmacies, costing from $8 to $15 depending on they type. It's worth it to at least try.
Check out the Nettie Pot...this is great for sinus conditions. You should be able to find one at your local health food store.
You may have an infection. Go see your doctor , you may need an antibiotic or maybe they can give you something stronger for the pain. Good luck. I hope you feel better.
