well i have this skirt that i want to wear to school but i don't have a shirt to wear with it. Its a black bubble skirt. Its really cute and all but it can't be too formal because i'm wearing this for school. I was going to wear a white t-shirt with it but it still look a bit too formal. could you fashion experts help me? :)
