I've definitely been considering nose reshaping since I was about 14 years old, my nose has a hump but that doesn't bother me- it's the tip and the size that I want changed (it is very large, not just by my standards but by anyone's and has a drooping tip/ 'bulb'). I'm only 17 now, so I know I'm still too young, but I'd like to ask some questions with regards to practicality.
How effective do nose-jobs tend to be? I've read the figure that 1-in-10 people go back for secondary rhinoplasty, but is that because they still aren't happy with the result, or because the surgery went wrong in some way?
Is it financially likely that I will be able to get a nose-job whilst I'm at university (in the summertime, when I won't be attending classes)? I realise that rhinoplasty is expensive, but as I currently don't earn/ spend such money, would I have to take out a loan to get a nose-job? I'd obviously rather not be in debt for such a thing, how likely is it that I could pay for it myself in university?
If anyone could really explain the finances in detail, that would be amazing x

I do recommend a product called nose magic from www.nosemagic.com instead of nose surgery.
it is a japanese nose reshaper that makes nose smaller, pointier, shorter, slimmer, taller.. whatever you want it depends on your placement.
aside from that, make up will really help a lot.... im a guy so i dont know about make ups.
lastly, surgery could help... just find a good doctor in your area and make sure you see people he operated on and be certain he is doing a great job. Make sure your nose looks as natural as possible.
Nobody gives loans to small earners with a choice of elective surgery, what would they take for lack of payment?, your nose. if you default on the loan? Wait till you graduate, get a job, pay your rent, car loan, pay college loans, establish good credit and get your nose fixed at age 25. My rhinoplasty has lasted 26 years, with no bad results, and no touch ups. Choose a good Dr. and KNOW exactly what you want.
My mom had a hump too, and its been 3 years. Her nose looks great don't worry about it
