I have a 12 week old female beagle puppy that has yet to learn to go outside, I crate her everynight as suggested with a crate big enough for her to sleep stand up etc. Since they wont pee where they sleep
Lately she has been jumping up on my bed and pissing in it. and then I will tell her no when i catching her take her outside she will go again. 5 minutes later back in the house she will piss on the floor yet again. Im not sure how i can break her of this. Any ideas? I know beagles are stubborn but this is just getting ridiculous, she doesnt even try to go to the door like ive been trying to show her :(

you can take her to puppy training because if you take them their they will learn to obey you, if this doesn't work try making a certain spot IN the house (because she might be uncomfortable with going outside) show her the spot and in the middle or through out the night show her to this spot, if this doesn't work try taking her to the vet... you never know if she might have a bladder problem.
don't worry, its perfectly normal that a 12 week old beagle is not housetrained. most beagles aren't housetrained until around 6 months.
take her out every hour. give her a treat and praise her every time she pees outside. when you catch her in the act peeing inside, holler "HEY" or "NO" once, scoop her up in your arms, whisk her outside, and praise her as she finishes up inside. if you find a puddle, don't punish her, dogs only understand a punishment if its within 3 seconds after the crime.
when she has an accident, clean it up with an alcohol based cleaner so she wont smell her pee and decide to repeate offense.
also, limit her freedom in the house. you can use baby gates to keep her inside one room, that way you can keep an eye on her. you don't have to do this, but make sure you're always watching her. dogs sniff around for a good place to pee right before they go, so watch out for this and if you see her sniffing, take her out right away.
also, always go out the same door every time you take her out, that way she learns that that is the pee door.
positive reinforcement is the way that dogs learn. so make sure she knows she's being a good girl when she goes outside. by 6 months if she is not showing major improvement you may want to contact a professional trainer.
Well first, buy pee pads, training pads from wal+Mart. I have them work like a charm. every time she dose something bad (peeing) tell her no no no a few times take her to the pas and show her this is were u go . each time this happens u have to say they same thing each time. I would say after a week u'll be set. (7 days) i have a chihuahua and believe me she knows. but also I have a doggy door for her to go on or back deck. the pee pads work really good. but u must say each time it happens no no no, then show her were to go and tell her this is were u go. id she poops put it on the pad she will start to get the idea. hope i helped and give her a treat when she goes on it.
Ok I have a beagle too, and when we were training him we came up with this real effective idea. OK so here's what you do you put a bell on a string and tie it to the door. Then you show it to your dog, so she knows what it is. Then demonstrate to her. Then from then on everytime she rings the bell you know she has to go to the bathroom.
Don't expect her to go to the door, you put her on a schedule for potty breaks. Take her out every couple of hours and then longer in between as she grows. When she understands it better she'll learn to let you know/
Get some ground clove and sprinkle it every where she likes to pee. Keep taking her out ever hour. I know its a pain but she needs to learn.
Also at night no water after 6 pm.
Do you walk her?
You should be taking her on a lot of walks & then once she pees, reward her but don't bring her in right away otherwise she will think that as soon as she pees that the fun is over.
Let her play & walk for a bit more & then bring her in.
honestly all puppies are like that, thats how my puppy was and espically females they have sensative bladders...so just keep doing what you doing and eventually she'll go outside
p.s. the part about her peeing on ur bed is just something youll have to deal with, i had to....well good luck lol
you should try leaving her in the crate and only taking her out to use the bathroom. we did that with my dog and it worked for a while
well ive just gotta puppy my self so all i can say is its a working Progress so far ive got to pooing on paper and wee every were else not on bed so far not looking forward to it. (who would)
