I always take my doggy out during the day so he goes to the bathroom, but at night sometimes he wakes up and pee's or poops the house, and I can't get a doggy door so he can get out himself, it's cold and snowy right not, not to mention dangerous, and how young he is and all, also cayotes, so any idea how to potty train him while he is inside the house at night?

You need to keep him in a crate at night until he's completely potty trained. Don't break down and let him out until he's done for some time.
Don't give him any water 3 hours before bedtime, and take him out right before crating him at night. If he needs to go at night, and it is too cold or too dangerous to let him out, it is fine to let him go on puppy pads. My Sibe puppy was trained to go potty outside and to go on pads when that was unavailable. Now that she has better bladder control, she prefers to go outside.
Crate
cut his water intake off hours before you go to bed and take him out to relieve himself right before bedtime, be aware at night if he tries to wake you up to go outside and let him out....
