i need to be able to do 3 deadhang pullups in one month. no i dont have access to machines. wat r some workouts i can do on my own.. in my living room, say.
You could easily do some push ups, which works the shoulders, lats and triceps, but then you would also need to do some bicep work, for which you would need around a 15 pound weight for curling. If you just do a few sets of those two things each day, you'll be able to do more than 10 chinups or pullups
It depends on how much you weigh. I am 6' 2", 210 pounds, i work out every day (lifting and running) and i am pretty damn strong. But i can only do like 7 or 8 deadhangs. They are not easy, so my advice to you is to start running and doing cardio if you are overweight and do lots of pushups, sit ups, crunches, and other fat burning exercises.
