location: Indio CA (socal)
speed limit: 75mph
so this is my second traffic ticket about 3 month ago . and my courtesy notice wasnt like the one they normally give all computer printed with the payment and a mail in slip at the bottom . was more information form of court date and my information . well at the bottom it says " i declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of state of California" and the officer forgot to date and sign ? is this enough to get me out of it .
another thing it was a park ranger with no radar gun that gave me the ticket on a highway. like anyone thats been on there way to el centro ca its a very close to empty long stretch highway i was doing lil over 100 . the way the ranger determined my speed was he topped his lil truck that only does 100 mph and couldn't catch up to me ? he turn on the lights like half a mile behind me and gave me a ticket for 100mph- 25 over.
any advise ? thanks in advance for taking the time to read my question .

Pacing an offender is a legitimate way to determine a persons speed and issue a ticket to them for speeding.
As for the signature, no, that is not enough to get the ticket dropped.
Your best bet is to go to court, dress nice, apologize and ask for some leniency.
Go to court. Carry your license to show you really have one. That can get one ticket thrown out. Dashing --15 mph over the restrict is gonna be difficult. Plead guilty and ask for courtroom supervision and visitors tuition. Pay the fines and go to the university......Don't miss IT.... A good way to screw you particularly good with the courts. Then after it is all over with....... Begin using like you are paying attention to what you are doing. You have to have taken some type of driver's schooling....... Did you gain knowledge of something??
