Donate the pull ups to a daycare or somebody who needs them. If he wants to throw a monster fit than he can go in his room until he calms down, and if he comes out right back in there. Don't be scared of monster fits, he has to learn that throwing a fit will not get his way, that is why he keeps doing it.
But I do agree it sounds like he's regressing, and it takes time and patience to get him back on track. Give your daughter lots of praise every time she goes even though she's been potty trained for a while still make a big deal about it and he will get jealous and want the same praise. But definitely get rid of the pull ups.
Do you mean Bailey *was* potty trained and is now regressing? Regression is normal and can happen at anytime within a year of being fully trained. It doesn't last long and there's nothing different you should do (i.e., do NOT put him back in diapers).
If Mia has been potty trained for 5 months, why does she still have pull-ups? Potty-trained children are out of diapers completely.
Get rid of the diapers (pull-ups if you want to call them that) completely so he has no where to go but in his pants or in the potty. Messing himself will get old real fast and he will soon go back to using the potty.
Good luck!
Sounds like your son is regressing and boys usually take longer than girls to fully potty train but since he is starting to do the pullup thing it seems like he is wanting more attention on him (often the case anyways) so he regresses back to being the baby. Give him lots of attention while he is playing or whatever, make it positive attention and you may find you have to re-potty train him basically taking the time to put him back on the toilet when you see clues he is going to potty in his pants and hide the pullups so he has no access to them.
mia does not wear them so keep them in high closet
put the pull ups out of reach so he CAN'T revert back to being a baby.
if he pees in his pants let him sit in it for a little while.
he'll quickly figure out he doesn't like that and he'll use the toilet like he knows he should.
**edit**
um seriously?! WHO CARES IF HE THROWS A "MONSTER FIT"?!
by keeping the pull ups where he wants them you are enabling him to use them.
put them up on a shelf in your closte and move them when he is sleeping or occupied so he doesn't even know where you moved them to.
let him throw a fit. crying it out is not going to harm him. eventually he'll either stop crying or he'll fall asleep.
