19 months is extremely young for potty training. When you put her on the potty every 15 minutes, chances are you will eventually catch some pee. But that is coincidence, not training.
What signs of readiness does she show? Do you for instance see any indication that she can consciously hold it, and voluntarily release when she wants to? Can she feel when she needs to go, far enough in advance to make it to the potty? Can she communicate her need well enough to tell you she needs help using the potty?
That is all a matter of development, not training, and it is pretty pointless to bring out the potty (other than possibly letting her play with one to get her used to it) until that development happens.

My dear, your child is not potty training. YOU are getting trained to take her every 15 mins. 19 mos is still quite young for toilet training. The bladder isnt even controllable in most kids until 2 years old. If she is not asking to potty, telling you shes soiled herself, or showing any other signs she simply is not ready yet. Dont push the issue. I would personally wait until at least 2 years old before even trying unless your child is advanced and shows signs of readiness.
You are a moron 19 months is young.
