girly,
We are so glad that you reached out with this question. Your daughter might not be ready to be toilet trained Every child develops differently. Most children are toilet trained between 2 - 4 years of age. She will eventually want to use the toilet. Please be patient with her.
Do not punish you daughter for not going on the toilet or force her to go as he may develop negative associations with toilet training. Start small with reading books on going to the potty. Let her play with her potty chair. Change her diaper in the bathroom. Talk about the potty, and eventually she will be receptive to sitting on the toilet. You can also contact your physician to determine if your child is ready developmentally for toilet training.

18 months is a little young, especially if she shows no real interest in it. She needs to be ready and letting her decide will make the whole process much easier. Waiting about another year would be a better idea.
Our 2.5 year old showed an interest at 18 months, so we went and bought a potty chair and seat and some underwear, she then lost interest. A few months back she came out of her room and wanted to take her diaper off and put her underwear on and that was it. She decided when she was ready and it went very smoothly, we just took it one step at a time. We still have not mastered the nighttime yet but in time.
Most children start potty training between 2.5-3 years old. Just be patient and don't force her because she will rebel against it. Good luck!
You should purchase a potty seat he can use at the grownup potty, or you'll be able to make him use the youngster. Either method you can often have got to keep in the toilet with him till he is going for the primary few months of potty coaching. Don't count on him to be capable to head in there and care for it himself. Grab a ebook and plant your self till he is going. Don't make it disturbing. You can present a present of a few type if he makes use of both potty (like 2 m&m's). Be sufferer even supposing he isn't and do not fear. Training takes time.
Hi: I have started potty training when my son was 8 months, he started liking it. Every day after he wakes up, we will put him in the potty for lu.. he got used to it .. slowly he himself will drag the potty when he wants to pass lu.. now he is 2.6 yrs old. when he was 2.3 i bought toilet trainig seat and now he is using it for both lu & toilet. Also i have stopped putting diaper when weI take him out.
I wud suggest you to start the potty training immediately. It will be more helpful.
