I've been trying using an egg timer for my boyfriends oldest. Every hour it goes off and that means it's potty time. We go and sit on the potty together for 15 minutes and try and potty. If he happens to go (even a tiny bit), he gets a piece of candy and a sticker.

This will be fun. I am triyng to train my 2.5 year old daughter and some days she is good some days she is not. I just leave the potty in front of the tv and i also have a toddler seat on the toilet with stairs so she can use both. I just make it exciting for her when she does a poo or a wee. We usually ring my mum and she is over the moon tells Ma what she did.

I have also pulled out a potty for her baby (doll) who sits on the potty when she does. She thinks it funny and tells me that baby has done a poo it is quite cute. But i also let her watch me go to the toilet to.

I also intend on the warmer days to let her run around in undies so if she wets herself she will feel and get use to the sensation instead of having the nappy to just do it in. And just constantly ask her if she needs to go.
