For ANY wave, wavelength * frequency = velocity.
So for EM radiation, velocity=c, so
a) f = c / wavelength
b) Look up the frequency/wavelength on a table of electromagnetic spectrum (in your book or wikipedia)
c) E = hf = hc / wavelength
If you don't know h (planck's constant) or c (the speed of light), look those up too. This isn't hard. Just look up the stuff and plug it in.
