i have been drinking this pill for a year and a half. It took some time getting used to. I do have mood swings here and there and i get very anxious during the month, i cry sometimes lol, but compared to other pills that have higher hormones they are good. Very expensive but are good.

I have been taking Ortho Try Cyclen Lo since I was 16 and I am now 27. I have never had any of the symptoms that you are describing. I also have had the Depo shot that you get every 3 months. I did that after my daughter was born and I gained a lot of weigt from it. So I switched back to Ortho and Iost the weight. Every female has a discharge, usually around the time her period starts. Just try it. You can always talk to your Dr. and get it switched.

I am not a fan of the pill in general. I have tried ortho lo and retained alot of water, and was very moody. The sponge or cervical cap are more convenient and satisfactory for me.

I don't know about this particular type of BC pill, but I WILL tell you that ANY type of chest pain should be IMMEDIATELY evaluated.

If you read the little leaflet that comes with every pack of pills, you will note that one of the severe side effects that needs to be evaluated without delay is chest pains. It could indicate a blood clot in your lungs.

Otherwise talk to your doctor.

I have actually been asking many questions about this myself today. See, I just got a perscription for it today, just I can't take it until I start my period. We'll I guess we should just all try it and see how it goes...
