hi! well you guys probably read this alot but im going into my freshman year and im really nervous, and to make matters worse im in a new town where i dont know anyone.tomorrow night i have this freshman orientation and im pretty much meeting everyone for the first time, im really ambitious and excited about how many options this school offers. my moms friend is a scientist and hes coming along to talk about the special clubs open for me, but the thing is i dont want to be stereotyped. my brother and sister go here and they are not the brightest students and im scared im going to be stuck in their shadow. but im not, im ambitious i want to be a forensic scientist or a photographer or build robots for the government i just want to help people but at my old school i wasnt myself. and i know most of you will say just be yourself people will love you but no , im what society would call messed up. i have scars on my wrist from self injury and im recovering anorexia and i dont want to hide myself forever. i cant afford new clothes i just lost 115 dollars that ive been saving since april because someone stole my wallet. im poor, worthless and have junky clothes. first impressions are tough and im afraid tomorrow night my first impressin will be me hiding from everyone trying not to be seen like always. i need a confidence boost. im too shy to talk to new people i have seperation anxiety and the thought of not knowing anything scares the crap out of me.. hopefully when i get money ill save it for clothes but until then , do people make fun of people who dress up for school? or wear heels, im realy short so it kinda works out, and i have brown hair and i was going to dye it black and then cut it i dont know. i just need tips for confidence for high school and making new friends, and being a whole new me.. i really need it. i cant let my past override my future anymore.
