Ok i think im fat bc i eat a lot.But i started eating healthy and stopped with junk food.My friend says flirting helps loose clories too.But my legs i hate them they look fat and idk how to loose the fat in them.And then my stomach is kinda fat to me.But when i ask ppl if im fat there like no way!I belive them but i dont feel right when i look in a mirror.Then my face ugh i hate the way i look in my face like around my lips is dark and i didnt even do anything and its not a muastache trust me its not.So any advice on how to loose wait in my legs and stomach w/o stop eating and stuff and how to make my face look better w/o make up.Plz and thnk you! :]

Hey! Don't listen to 'skinhead charlie'! He just a dumbass who liks 2 make ppl feel bad about themselves because he's insecure.
About ur stomach and legs, work out or try some sports, take runs. but personally, i dont lik crunchs. I'm not sure about the upperlip though.
Also, dont think negitive things about yourself! lots of ppl begin to look bad (or think that they do) because of stress.

ur legs- try running -start with a 15 minute jog then the next day 20 and the next day 30
this will get u in shape and u will lose a few pounds and will make ur legs more slender.
ur stomach- do crunches and sit ups this will make u get a more muscley stomach and u could get a six pack
ur face- go to a dermatologist and see what is wrong for ur face
man all i know really is to cut back on portions and if you drink soda STOP. soda causes so much weight gain. just drink more healthy juice and stuff. also exercise some. some situps and walking to target that stuff
sounds like body image issues to me.
try working out.
cant change your figure though gurl you were born with it.
