what i think you need to do is firstly stop for a second and breathe, calm down.
You seem to be only focusing on the negatives (which isnt a bad thing because when things just keep happening and happening i do it as well, its called human nature) because their all smack bang in front of you!
Try this exercise, get a pen and a piece of paper and write pro's and con's about what you like/dislike about ur life and weigh it up. If it does turn out that your con's power over you pro's then start jotting down point of ways that YOU personally can do to improve them.
Its all about taking ACTION over your life, not just sitting there and letting life "happen" because the reality is if you look at life that way and live life that way the majority of the time, the things that happen will be not wat u wanted.

I think you need to let go of the ignorant and shallow mindset of our society, if you look around and saw life for what it really is, a gift, then maybe you can analyze what needs to be done to create a happier life for yourself. You can't control the hand you were dealt, it's not your fault, producing three movies should be something positive, follow through with that..
