Don't waste your time reinstalling this isn't a driver problem. I would be thinking that the keyboard itself needs to be replaced. You could do a quick troubleshooting by hooking up a standard usb keyboard and restart the laptop and then type on that keyboard and it will most likely be ok. So either replace your keyboard or use a usb keyboard. You can find keyboards on ebay. they can be a bit tricky to replace but if you are careful they are easy.
i do not know what you mean by typing wrongly but if you mean you it the y key and it puts something else the keyboard set up is probably in another countries. Go to the control panel and fix it up. that or the key board is @#$#ed

Try blowing out under the keys with a can of compressed air. If that doesn't work it sounds like you will need a new keyboard for your laptop.

its possible that somehow the keyboard commands were re-mapped
meaning if you press a letter it may come up with something completely different.. Maybe some keys are just stuck? Really don't know..
Try going to a repair shop.
