I'm not sure where you live, but instead of arguing with you Mom, make a plan. Check on some airline sites and find prices to nearby cities. If you plan ahead you should be able to go about anywhere for about $200 each. You'll also have to figure out a way to convince the other girls parents to let them go along. Use hotwire.com to get an inexpensive nice hotel. September is great in Phoenix and lots of nice hotels with great pools.

Maybe there is a six flags you could fly to...that would be cool and just be sure to get a really nice hotel so you'll be safe.

Plan the entire event and cost and then present it to your Mom and have a sweet attitude (no entitlement, no demands, no anger.) I'm sure she wants you to have a great birthday, but you need to paint a clearer picture for her.

Hahaha I merely had my sixteenth birthday like on July 23! Lol I have been given my license :D and that i signed up for public college and that i went college outfits buying with my associates and that i filled out interest purposes :) it grew to become right into a robust day oh yea I wakened at 4:30am and went towork lol
