okay..I'm gonna be turning 16 in March so I'm askin this question now so I have plenty of time to plan it out. My parents don't really have alot of money to do a huge party or anything (we usually just have a homecooked family dinner- menu is the bday girl/boy's choice and get presents from the family then have a sleepover) I want to do something different because the whole sleepover thing is just not cutting it anymore seeing as you can do that whenever you want. I have about 4 close friends (one is a guy) and I want to do something with them without having to invite some other "friends" from school that annoy me. So..I need some ideas! I've gone to Olive Garden once before but that was a little expensive so I don't think I'm gonna do that one again. And I don't really like the whole themed party idea to where you have to pay extra money for little decorations. I just want something cheap, awesome, and not alot of work for me to set up. Thanks..I know I'm picky..but I want a good n!

well your options are quite limited since you dont a themed party. ummm if you just invite them over, do the usual things that you do a b-day party (such as open gifts, eating cake) then after thats done the five of you can do something that you like or something that the whole group like to do.

Maybe get your parents to take your brothers and sisters out for the night. Giving you and your closest friends the house for the night. Or atleast a few hours. Then have a taco night or something. Something simple where just you and your few best friends have dinner to yourselves without any adults around. And without going out to an expensive resturant where you cant laught and carry on. And if your parents are only gone for, lets say, four or five hours, then they wont have to worry about you getting drunk.
