man trouble?
My husband has had to go away with work an he wont be back til after xmas, since he has gone i havent been able to sleep proberly or even leave my house, but when i talk to him he seems like he is really ill .. he hasnt slept properly either and he is having emotional problems.. He has also mentioned that he is very ill and he means mentally, he isnt coping well at all and i need some advice on things i can say to him to help him out because everything i say just seems to make him worse .. does any 1 have any advice or is any one going through anything similar ?????

The best thing you can do for him is pray for Jesus to heal his emotions. When you talk to him over the phone again, ask him how he's doing and start praying for him. Believe the next time you talk to him you'll hear a dramatic improvement.
Listen.
Just listen to him. He needs someone to just dump all the bad stuff on. He doesn't expect you to solve all the problems. He just wants to know someone is there, someone is listening and cares.
You can let him know that his home is safe and warm and waiting for him. Let him know how much you love him and that you are waiting for him and not thinking of anything else.
He might be worried about you. Reassure him if he brings it up.
