Don't worry if he has another person, that's the last thing is should making you worried for. Now you most concentrate in your self, show him that all that you need to be happy is coming from inside you, from your heart. Show him that you don't need him to live and to move on through life, Show him the great woman he had lost. Once you have done this and you are more accurate with your new life style I know you'll find a good person in your path, perhaps with you new knowledge you'll find a man more matured and with almost your same acknowledgment in life. I don't think it will make him realize what he's missing, and I don't think there is anyone else in the picture. Most likely he just realized that you aren't a match. There is nothing wrong with you or him, it's probably just a conclusion he came to, so he decided to end it so you both could find the right person for you. Don't beat yourself up, and don't wait for him, just go out, hang with your friends, and the right guy who appreciates you will come along eventually.

If he wanted to split up and is happy about it well my guess would be he like someone else and wants to start seeing that person or other people in general. Move on, there's plenty of other men out there for you.

He's probably met someone he'd like to get to know. Dont be overly concerned. Perhaps you were both too young to become serious, and evidently he realized that.
