My gosh, my hair is TOO thick, and it's long too :(
It's so much to deal with. I always wear it half-up/half-down because its just SO much hair :(
Should i thin it out? or will thick hair be better for me in the long run?
Also, with shaving... I will shave my legs, and the very next day the hair is prickly :(
It's just too much :(
Update:I'm not-so-sure about thinning my hair, because what if having thick hair becomes an advantage when i grow up and everybody else is worrying about their hair thinning??
But then again, i always were the same hairstyle and it's becoming annoying. :\

I wouldn't thin it out. I have very thick hair myself and I'm happy with it because my hair has a lot of volume. Personally I hate thin hair. I'm not knocking it, I just don't like it. Try wearing it all up if cutting it isn't your cup of tea. There are a lot of cute updos. Ponytails, messy buns, you name it. I also put a link for you at the bottom. :3

Anyways, your second question. Try getting waxes. It hurts but the hair grows back much slower and sometimes it won't grow back at all. If you are worried about pain you may want to take ibuprofen or aspirin an hour before the wax. But still consult your doctor before getting a wax because for example, you can't get waxes if you have diabetes. There are other issues that come into play as well.
Hope I helped you!
Go to a salon and ask the hairstylist to use thining shears at the end of it. They will go through and lighten up the thickest parts. I go downstairs to my moms salon every couple weeks and have her do it because it helps so much!
