Legal highs via airport travel?
I'm planning on going out of the country to Dominican Republic and would want to know would it be ok if I took things like kratom and herbal incense,which are all labeled not for human consumption and are completely legal,with me either in a carry on or checked baggage.

You don't want to risk it, as with any product like these, you can still be arrested on suspicion that they may contain illicit drugs
Should be fine in checked baggage, 99% it would go unnoticed.
But the question if it's banned or not, would depend on the place your in & plan on visiting.
