Leg Cramps...?
my husband gets really terrible leg cramps at least once a week... they're so painful that he will sometimes scream and wake me up in the middle of the night. he's been getting them ever since he started working in a furniture wherehouse last july, and in february of this year, switched to an even more physical job... could this be the cause? and whatever the cause may be, how can we take care of them?

You might want to give him a good multi-vitamin that has lots of B vitamins and give him a calcium tab or two. Make sure he takes the calcium separately from the multi by about four hours because it works better that way. He can take it with magnesium though. Try getting a book on vitamins by Earl Mindell.
