We time travel already but for the most part the rate that we all travel at is pretty much the same except when changed by velocity and gravity.
As time can be affected by velocity and gravity, it may be possible to create a vortex where time flows in reverse briefly. But just as a paddle stuck in a stream only creates eddies and whirlpools downstream of it, the reverse time flow can not precede what caused it so there are no visitors from future time machines, you can not visit the dinosaurs and the Titanic did not sink because of the weight of the time tourists. As to time paradoxes, the Novikov Self Consistency theory says what you did or will do in the past has been done and may even be why the past occurred as it did so there is no paradox. The Multiple Worlds Interpretation says everything you do including traveling to the past doesn't affect the past because a new quantum universe i created so there is no paradox as you did not change your past, you only created an Universe where the past was changed ( you also can never return to your original present ). Time paradoxes are an interesting plot device in sci-fi stories but they are not a hindrance to time travel.
Forward time travel was first documented around 1970, when NASA put a atomic clock aboard a Boeing 747. The clocks went forward in time by a zillionth of second compared with other atomic clocks that stayed on the ground.
Backwards time travel has been achieved more recently in the physics laboratory. The laws governing backward time travel are pretty simple: the smaller you are, the easier it is to go back in time. If you could lose some weight, say getting your weight down to 1 kg., that would help. Getting your weight down to one nanogram would help even more. However, if you want to go back a whole millionth of a second, you need to get way smaller than one nanogram, like the size of a subatomic particle. You also need to learn how to run really fast, like 185,999 miles per second.
Time travel will *never* be possible. If time travel was *ever* to be possible, we would already have had visitors from the future. Since we have not had visitors from the future, we can reliably conclude that time travel will never be possible.
not time travel but we can slower down our time by moving very fast almost near to light speed then 1 year of travel will be similar to 100 years.that means we will be in future not past.

Yes, both forwards and backwards.

Everyone that is mobile on this planet time travel. We just travel at exactly the same speed as everyone else.
No. We would be seeing people from the future if it was possible.
There are some paradoxes in the way, but some people do indeed think it is possible...
