I've been doing some researching and found a question on here, and they proved a very good point:
say you wanted to meet your future-self, but you couldn't meet your future self because you left the present-time to go to the future.
This would be technically true, am I not correct?
For you leaving the present to meet your future self, you're corrupting the events in which make your future self, and you being in the future IS your future self, as you completely skipped any events to make your future. So technically, you'd never be able to meet your future self.
Now if you wanted to meet your past self, would you would be able to, as the events making your present self and past self have already happened?
Obviously time travel is NOT possible, AT THIS TIME. I would just like to open a discussion, and see many people's thoughts.
Now, what's your opinion? Is time travel possible? Is the theory above about meeting yourself in the future, true? Thanks.
