We could use this worm hole in the future to travel back in time to today.
All of this is highly theoretical, and way beyond any technology we have today.
Who knows, however, if someone comes up with a unified theory of everything, then they could figure out a way to manipulate the fabric of time, gravity, space, and be capable of teleporting through space and time.
