We park our cars on the side of the street. My neighbor believes a certain spot is his, but today I parked there. He keeps sitting outside waiting for me to move my car so he can take his "spot" back.

Yes, your neighbor is psycho! Don't give in, don't move the car! Do we have the same neighbor? Ours doesn't like us to park in our shared driveway, even if we only park on our half, leaving him plenty of room to get his hoopty in there. What an a*s! Good luck with that one!
Parking spots on the street are fair game. He needs to relax...it's just a parking spot!
Well, not really psycho, maybe odd but certain people are creatures of habit and they don't except change very well. He probably thinks because he parks there alot or all the time that it is his space. He'll get over it, don't worry I don't think he will kill you over it though!
uhhhhhhhhh yea I would say he has a big problem...Have a similar neighbor here, I park in his spot every chance I get..I think he leaves work early at times just to beat me home...LOL
Wow....he's a stalker. That is a little messed up...maybe remind him that the city owns the street and even a foot or two of his yard.
