In a dense fog 30 mph may be to fast, on a sunny day 30 may be to slow, but whatever the weather conditions are you are only limited by how good your vision is. Be sure the windshield is good and clean, have your eyes checked and corrected to 20/20 if needed and you will see for a long ways. Hope this helps.
