One day while picking my daughter up I threw mine out as well...hasnt been the same. I COULDNT walk or barely get out of bed, my friend has to stay with me for three days till it was better. If you dont want to take medication (tylenol is safe during pregnancy) then ur best option is to find a comfortable position and rest rest rest. It could take a few days but if it doesnt get better or the pain becomes too much go to the doctor. After it does feel better be careful with it once u throw ur back out it is very easy to do it again....some back exercises may be helpful.
