Yes. Thinking too much= anxiety and it also often means that you have too much time on your hands to think. So get in there, go to the gym start studying for pleasure, go join traveling adventure groups , volunteering at your local fire brigade or with St. john's ambulance do whatever .. just do a few things so that you are fully busy with life and people and go out every day and do things and you'll be sleeping better , excercising more and smelling outside oxygen rather then sitting at home in a dreary and closed curtained room!
