I work at a Haunted house (I know what I was getting into) and no doubt I'm losing my voice. I was screaming (I don't know how to scream from diaphragm so that's why my throat is sore) until my voice just went silent. I can still talk and stuff but I can't scream. And it hurts. I drank some tea with honey, but what else can I try?

I want to know so I won't have to be so worried next weekend if it happens again.
