it really hurts to speak and when I do it's only half my voice (rough, scratchy, and really quiet). How can I avoid losing it, without honey (makes me vomit -_-) or tea because it doesn't work. Thanks in advance :)

Perhaps shutting up will be a nice break for friends and family.
Just dont talk so your throat wont get irritated any more. Something is causing irritation in your throat which causes the throat to swell up and start getting tighter therefore you can "loose" your voice. Just relax and dont do anything that involves talking, singing, etc. for a while.
Don't yell so much ;P
Give it time and it'll come back. Warm drinks in general are good for it - doesn't have to be honey. Give it a rest and try not to talk until it comes back.
My brother is having surgery in 8 days and has the same symptoms you do. He has a growth near his vocal cords. He is 70. Hope that is not your problem.
You haven't tried throat coat tea.
Your best choice is to drink hot chocolate, that milk soothes your throat.
goood. your voice is prolly really high and annoying
