I think im hypoglycemic.?
Im pretty sure i am hypoglycemic from the symptoms i have and what i have read on the internet. I get real light headed, cant think clear and really shaky. It comes and goes at random. Im planning on getting it checked out when i get back to the states. Im in the Army and in Afganistan right now and cant really watch what i eat. What are some things i can be doing here to help and what are some quick fixes for when my blood sugar drops?

I think the only thing you can do to raise your blood sugar is to eat carbohydrates... Even simple things like soda and sugary drinks will raise your blood sugar fairly quickly. Meat and Fats can raise your blood sugar but very slowly.
i think you have postural hypotention and for hypoglycemia you shoud check your blood glucose when you are symptomatic at least by aglucometer
