I think iam fat. I used to be really fat about 3 years ago then i went on a diet to help me lose weight i lost 3 stone in a year and now i look in the mirror and still think iam fat my mum and dad says iam not. My friends say am not fat but i don't no if iam. I feel fat inside but when i look i dont no if iam? i try not to eat, i have 1 meal aday if that. what do i do? thank alot xx sam

Well about your problem; comparre yourself with someone fatter than you, or skinnier than you. Or you could stop looking in the mirror. You really should eat because if you don't, your body won't get healthier even if all you do is exercise. You will grow weak and you could die if you keep abusing yourself. Take a look at your pictures from when you were "fat" and right now. Compare yourself and you might be worried. I am worried for you. Look up anorexia on google, better yet google images. You might be shocked. And if your schools aren't teaching about eating disorders your parents should get them to start.
I know what you mean. I recently lost alot of weight too and i still feel fat. Its mentallity. You worked on your physical appearance now you have to work on your mental and emotional side. Once you acknowledge the fact that you lost weight your confidence will soar.
dood my friend says that too and she i sas skinny as a tooth pick. how much do you way? if you eat just one meal then that is considered an eating disorder. you could be put in a eating institute if you dont eat. so eat right and you are not fat and why does that matter anways?
