I was sleeping when i felt this pain in my back, i went back to sleep then when i got up i starting feeling shocks like cramps in my back 3 days ago then yesterday evening i started feeling better then again today it hurts a little, if i try to touch my chin to my chest it hurts and like if i left a little bit it hurts did i pull my back muscle or strain it? thanks
Update:i also slept longer that night cause we just got a break from school

You probably polled a muscle. Soak and stretch that muscle. Also put some icy hot on it. And of course don't do physical activity.
Sounds like back spasms. Very painful and annoying. You might have slept for a long time at a funny angle which triggered it. Try not to sleep in that same position for a few nights. It should go away soon after that. Have you ever woke up with a stiff neck because you fell asleep in a kinky position? Same kind of thing.
