I'm honestly not sure what's going on, but I fear I am developing dyslexia. I'm 16 years old now, almost 17, and I normally have very strong reading, spelling, writing, and reading comprehension skills as well as memory. I'm not trying to brag, it's just been one of my very strong suits. (whereas in math I am terrible). I've always scored very high on those parts of standardized tests (the 99%ile), but lately I think there's something wrong and I am very concerned. I don't know enough to diagnose myself, but I'm worried I am developing some form of late-onset dyslexia.
When I'm writing words out, though I know how to spell them, I'll write them wrong and usually flip the order of a letter. Maybe I'm just careless, but it's getting worse. For example, if I was writing the name Milton, it'd come out Mitlon. Not all of the time, but I have noticed this becoming more frequent.
Also, my spelling memorization is getting poor. I had to think about how to spell the word "asylum" today.
It's just little things like these that worry me. Does it sound like I might be dyslexic? I can read fine. I've had no traumatic head injuries, so what could be going on? thanks!!

No it does not. Dyslexia is when you have trouble reading and writing because your brain processes things backwords
