hmm,, i dont really get this but i have a feeling you have downloaded accidently personal antivirus, we downloaded it accidently and it really wont go away, it says its antivirus but really its a virus in itself, and tells you to activate it, if you do have personal antivirus DO NOT ACCEPT THE ACTIVATION, go to set program access and defaults and try to remove it from there it may be there, try to remove it, (the problem is, is that because it is a virus it hides itself)
so go to my computer -->and to your local disk and find it there and delete it
i think it is personal antivirus because that happened to us as well and by doing what i said above it eventually went away :)
if it is not there download it onto a memory stick from another computer and try to install onto your computer see if it works there :)
im not sure though but good luck
as soon as you get avg run a scan and im certain it will find trojan because we have avg and it finds ALL of our viruses ie. trojan, generic worm etc etc
if that doesnt work either try rebooting the whole system and formatting it
good luck!
You can remove using the MalwareBytes:
Download MalwareBytes Anti-malware (FREE)
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Run the Windows in Safe Mode (F8) and Perform a Full Scan with MalwareBytes Anti-malware.
http://www.1stech.org/forums/index.php?s=&showtopi...
Note: the malware may prevent mbam-setup.exe from downloading and running. You can download and rename this program from a different computer before running it on infected system.
What you need to do is format the hard drive and reinstall everything. At this point your computer is past the point of return. You can try to back some of your data back up but be careful because it might contain the trojan that you are trying to get rid of.
Buy a new computer, delete everything on it or buy antivirus software. You could try downloading AVG onto a disk from another computer and putting it on yours.
If this helps you, please go on a killing spree. I'm hungry and need more souls.
