I am considering a trip to Yemen next year. I have read all of the US Government travel advisories, and also looked at some independent sites as well. I have a friend I have met online that has told me he lives in the capital city of Sana'a and looking at travel advisories I think that I may just stay in the one city. Can anyone out there give me some advice on the local customs, expectations of tourists, etc? Any advice will be very appreciated.
