When turning on my laptop, I see "press ESC key to access setup menu" or something very similar to that. It brings me to this: http://imgur.com/H3J4iGJ Is this the BIOS? How do I get to it from there, if possible? If I press f8, it gets me here: http://i.imgur.com/4UPWptQ.png
I have Windows 7, on an HP g6 Pavillion Notebook PC. I want to allow virtualization through my bios.
Help is very much appreciated.

Press F10 during boot into the bios. Be very careful when changing settings. If you change the wrong thing your system may not boot.
Those two links are what they say they are.
Just for information the usual entry to BIOS settings for a manufactured p.c is F2 but there is one or two exceptions and that is is with HP which is to use the F10 key.
For bought motherboards the entry is with the DEL key
I think your laptop supports virtualization but you will soon find out
Nope, it's not the bios. It's a boot loader menu..
You should check your motherboard manual book. Usually by pressing "Del" or F2" button.. :)
