I am having girl trouble?
This girl in my college class lets me talk to her and we have nice conversations but here the bad thing she won't text me its so weird. Ill talk to her fine she'll look and me and smile but won't text me back it makes no sense please help and yes she gets my messages

Be honest and casually mention it to her. She may just be a really nice girl who enjoys good conversation, but that doesn't necessarily mean she's interested in you. Good luck, my friend!
