I swim 9 and a half hours a week 5 days a week i also play basketball wednesdays which is also one of the days i have a morning and afternoon swim session. I recently got pain in my back while playing basketball. Is all this stuff bad for me
Not necessarily. It depends on how your body is holding up to the work.
Check your resting heart rate first thing every morning, weigh yourself.
If you see a rise in the heart rate or a drop in weight you may be over training.
If you are sick and have frequent colds you may be over training.
If you monitor your body to see changes you will know if you are doing too much.
Your back pain is probably from muscular problems, stretch well especially after training and do abdominal exercises to strengthen your front because most training only strengthens the back which leads to back pain.
I do not truthfully understand any of the ones 3! So... 'Long Train Running' ~ The Doobie Brothers 'Nightrain' ~ Guns N' Roses 'Win My Train Fare Home (If I Ever Get Lucky)' ~ Robert Plant 'This Train' ~ Sandy Denny NP : 'World in Harmony' {are living 1970} ~ Fleetwood Mac
