I want to put RAM in my computer. But i dont know how much i can. does it rely on the mother board or processor.. or both? or something completely different
Most mother boards support up to 4 gigs of memory, usually 1 gig per ram slot you have on your motherboard... some support the 2gig sticks but it's up to you how much you want for most people 2 gigs is sufficient...

it depends on what o/s you are using win 98/xp 512 and vista 1000mb but the more the better it make your machine faster
