My husband and I just completed a PCS move this past week, and we need to submit the 2nd part of our travel. (We got advance travel pay, but we did a DITY and are entitled to more.) How long does it usually take to process it? I know that we shouldn't expect it anytime soon, but it'd be nice to know if we should be watching the account or just forgetting about it and let it surprise us in a few months.

We've had it take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to get back. It depends on the finance office and how quickly they get everything submitted to DFAS and then them getting it processed for payment. You should get an EMail (to his AKO) about 72 hours prior to the payment being deposited) and a letter from them (snail mail) stating the amount you will be paid this is just to make sure you have a record of it.
Yeah, above posters are right, it depends on the office processing it.
I was stationed in the Norfolk,VA area and the travel department was constantly back up due to just too many claims to process. generally with the travel people having all the documentation they need, it would take a month to get in your account. If they didn't have the documentation, it take longer because they'd have to contact your husband to get what they need.
So, the major factors on when you'll receive money are "how big is the population of military in the area you're in" and "do they have all the paperwork they need?"
I would call the relocation/travel place at your new duty station and ask them typically how long the processing takes. I know that sometimes the people processing them lose the paper work don't make sure its filled out correctly, ect. And other times they are just very slow in getting it processed.
it really depends on the admin section and how fast they put it in. almost all is done with computers now, i would expect it within the next couple pay periods once its filed...
